Veldrin - it seems that there are at least three separate active, fairly authoritative War of the Ring forums:
Fantasy Flight Veldrin (this forum) Boardgame Geek
Which would you recommend as the best place to post rules questions in hopes of an authoritative answer (by you, the designers, or the designers via you)?

Board Game Geek is by far the most active, sanitised, and full of USAmericans wearing Hawaiian shirts. I would have posted my review (the New Age) on BGG, but it would quickly be removed and my account deleted. This is quite odd since I wrote some very popular strategy articles there. Octavian (a moderator on BGG) hates me with a real passion. Happily, I think I earned his hatred. If not, I would like to. BGG logs IP addresses, like this one. Sometimes it is good to know exactly what your opponent doesn't.

Hehe, we have had a few exchanges of words as well Magic Geek but in the end it is only words on the net.
I prefer this forum since I answer all questions asked here and the ones I am unsure of I forward to the designers.
I also try to answer on FFG's site, ConsimWorld and BGG but I am only 100% sure I see all questions on this one.

Aye, I also prefer this forum. I wouldn't mind if it were a bit more active, but everyone is a lot calmer here so that makes up for it. The response time is also very good, so yea, keep up the good work!

This forum has a number of advantages over BGG:
1) MagicGeek. He's a mad dog, though perhaps this is just an australian national characteristic, so don't take it personally. ;D
2) More rational default font size
3) Easier to tell what's read and unread than BGG.
All the other heavies seem to post on both, except possibly the game designers frequent BGG only...though they don't do that much anymore either.
