Just wanted to clarify the rules related to fortification.
All the posts and info I can find refer to the defending army in a fortification having a defensive bonus that requires the attacking army to roll a 6 to hit on the first round.
Does this bonus apply to an army in a fortification attacking an adjacent region?
I was under the impression that it does not as an army attacking from a fort would be pushing to a new region as opposed to holding a defensive within the structures.
