So what do you guys think ?
We have always had the rule, that we are not allowed to talk at all (about the game that is) - makes for very interesting games, and this way, the more experienced players don't control how the less experienced players play.

We don't talk about action dice or cards, but we do talk in broad strokes, e.g. "I'm going to go DEW North". This is not very useful, so I voted for "Not at all" as the closest option.

Is this before the game starts ? We talk about tactics before the game starts, but once the first card is drawn, we stop :-)

We still chat once the game starts. For example, the southron player might say "I've got your back in Gondor", which the Sauron player might interpret to mean he's holding "The Shadow is Moving 3 spaces", with which the Harad stack can reinforce a qualing Minas Tirith siege.
