So Eowyn IS in the game, complete with beard. Here is a strong case for a “mini expansion” with a new figure and character card.

You may prefer to use two Northern Dunedain leader figures for the Rangers Mablung and Damrod.
By the way if extra figures are used, is it strictly against the rules to have 5 Gondor leaders in play (i.e. can you play Beregond if all 4 starting leaders are still alive?)

Any comments or corrections on the list?

What’s the general feeling about Gimli, Legolas, Pippin and Merry: do you prefer a variant adding them to the board as more “active” characters?
