The Moria route is the quickest, but usually difficult. Then there is the 12 route going between Lorien and Dol Guldur. But another alternate route is next to the Woodland Realm via:
Fords of Bruinen, High Pass, Goblin's Gate, Old Ford, Rhosgobel, Old Forest Road, Northern Rhovanion, Southern Rhovanion, Norman~Lands, Dagorlad and then Morannon.
Albeit the negative is no stop off in any FP stronghold... but if the shadow player lines up lots of Nazgul and units between Lorien and Dol Guldur to get extra hunt re-rolls, detouring through the northern route could avoid some hunt tiles.

This route could definitely throw off the enemy, and pull Nazgul away from major points of fighting.

Actually, the other "quickest" route which many people over look is Bilbo's path (i.e.Goblin's pass to Dale). You can recover corruption points in a CITY as well as a stronghold. It's only 11 moves total.
