Rules state that when company reveals in a SA stronghold, this causes the drawing of a hunt tile. Does this happen when company is declared in a SA stronghold too? And, specifically: when company is declared in Minas Morgul or Morannon, so entering in Mordor, does this cause the drawing of a hunt tile? And - just a curiosity - may the company move in Mordor region without declaring in Morannon or Minas Morgul? Example: company's 3 region far from Morannon, and the company track is on 5; may the company declare itself in Nurn (I know this is useless - just curiosity)? Or, again, move directly on the position 2 of the track to mount doom?

This is how it works:
If the Fellowship is Revealed in Morannon/Minas Morgul another Hunt Tile is drawn. In order to enter Mordor the Fellowship must be Hidden before they can be Declared in Mordor.
If the Fellwoship is able to reach Minas Morgul/Morannon when they are Declared at the beginning of a turn (in the Fellowship phase) no extra Hunt Tile is drawn and the Fellowship miniature is immediately placed on the first step on the Mordor Track.
You cannot "not" Declare in Minas Mogul/Morannon and show up on step two on the Mordor Track.
If you have two Regions to Minas Morgul and the Fellwoship Progress marker is on step three on the Fellwoship Track you could Declare the Fellwoship and don't use the final step to end up in Minas Morgul and enter the Mordor Track.
I assume you could pass through and Declare in Gorgoroth or Nurn but then you must move again to be able to Decalare in Minas Morgul or Morannon to enter the Mordor Track.
