I understand that there are a few SA strategy cards that can move armies two or three regions. Are there similar cards for the Free Peoples? If so, it would be prudent for the SA to ensure that all strongholds were garrisoned with at least a regular to avoid a sudden coup.
Are there FP cards that cause FP armies to pop up from nowhere (as distinct from mustering in settlements) to threaten neglected strongholds?

I believe there is one FP card that allows 2 regions movement. Garrisoning strongholds is good advice regardless. Dead Men of Dunharrow allows Strider to appear in one of the South Gondor regions with 3 new Gondorian regulars and a dice worth of death for any shadow units in that region. Cirdan ships allows elves to appear in a coastal resort but I think it needs to be friendly. So no immediate threats on enemy vp's normally that I can recall without the cards in front of me.
