2. An army is composed of all the units in the space for the defender; the attacker chooses which units to bring into the battle from adjacent spaces. Correct, but there is a stacking limit of 10 army units per army in a region (5 in a stronghold). _________ If it is correct that "the attacker chooses which units to bring into the battle from adjacent space*s*", with plural on spaces, then if I am the attacker and I have troops in multiple regions surrounding the defender's region, I can use any or all units in ANY adjacent spaces for that single attack? Or should it be "space", singular. Thanks.

Singular! An attack always originates from ONE single region into exactly ONE other region.

(...) I still don't see the difference between attacking using an army die and attacking using a character die (I know the difference regarding army movement though). The options seem to imply that there must be a difference. Andreas. The difference is, that you may only move or attack with an army which includes a leader if you use a character die result.

The difference is, that you may only move or attack with an army which includes a leader if you use a character die result. So, do I have it right now: If I have 5 armys and one or more leaders I can: - attack and use the leader re-roll(s) using a charakter die and I MUST use one or more leader(s) in the battle - attack and MUST NOT use leader re-roll(s) using an army die because no leader is allowed in the battle - move two armys WITHOUT any leader(s) using an army die Is this correct ?

Andreas.
You have 2 Armies; one has a leader, one does not.
If you roll an Army Die you can: 1.) move both armies (including the leader) one space each 2.) attack with EITHER of the armies. If you select the one with the leader, then the leader participates normally.
If you roll a Character Die you can: 1.) move the army that includes the leader 2.) attack with the army that includes the leader
