card says:
"Recruit two Isengard Regular units in a free Region adjacent to North or South Dunland."
"You may also move up to four Isengard units (Regular or Elite) from North Dunland and/or South Dunland into this Region."
What I can't find discussed anywhere is whether the second sentence indicates a maximum cap of 4 Isen units moved (from N and/or S Dunland), or a maximum of 8 units moved (possibility of 4 from N, and 4 from S Dunland.)
The way I read the card, there's a max of 4 units able to join the initial 2 (and not a possibility of 8 units joining the initial 2).
But the language is somewhat ambiguous. How do you play it?
Thanks, H

Rage of the Dunlendings
Play if the Hillmen of Dunland Faction is in play.
Recruit up to four Dunlendings and add them to a Shadow Army in the North or South Dunland (respecting the stacking limit). You may then move or attack with that Army.
This is my version of this card.
