1) Is the attack by this card (and similar ones) allowed, if the Nazgul + SP army is located adjacent to a FP army, but the two areas are separated by a black borderline (i.e. impassable terrain)?
Nazgul could be explained as flying and ignoring those borders, but what about the others?
2) Is the attack subject to leader re-rolling or is it just a single roll?
Thanks!

Nazgul could be explained as flying and ignoring those borders, but what about the others? Regions separated by heavy black borders are not adjacent for any purposes. 2) Is the attack subject to leader re-rolling or is it just a single roll? There is no Leader Re-roll on such attacks.

I finally found this in the "compressed rules" on this board. However, I couldn´t find it anywhere in the rules or the FAQ - couild you please point me to the relevant section? Thanks for your help!

On page 5 of the English rules it says:
"If the border between two Regions is completely divided by a black line (which denotes impassable terrain), those Regions are not considered adjacent."
