Hi All, I'm new to this game and have been replaying old games... The only thing that puzzles me is from time to time I'll see two nations move on the political track together with one die result and I don't get why... www.osaurus.us/~dm/tmp/wiz-sp-blowout.log is an example of this. %SP moves Shadow Action Die (H) from SA Dice to Current Action. %SP moves group (North, S&E) from Political Track 2 to Political Track 1. I don't get it.

There are instances in which multiple Nations on the same side can be advanced on the Political Track by a single action. An attack on a mixed Army and mustering the Balrog (Expansion) are examples that come immediately to mind. However, I can't think offhand of any action that would cause two Nations on different sides to advance. Could this be a bug in the program?

Could be a bug. This was one of the earliest games listed on this board, so maybe it was fixed. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some strange rule that I was missing. It seems not. It just really puzzled me when I saw it. Thanks, Paul W

Most likely that's either just a misclick, or the player correcting an earlier failure to move a nation.
