- Free people action token:
what can each one do among the 4 possibilities ? Is there no difference between 2 ? French rules aren't clear about it.
- battle effect "brouillard de combat" (battle mist ? - the battle end at the end of the round).
What happens if the defender use this card but has all his units eliminated by the end of the round ? Can the enemy army moves in the "captured" region or does the card prevent this ?
- there is an event card in the Rohan scenario that allows Mordor armies to cross the river from the north to Rohan's plain. Can they move from any region of the north or must it be from an adjacent region to the river or are they allowed 2 moves ?
Thank you.

- Free people action token: what can each one do among the 4 possibilities ? Is there no difference between 2 ? French rules aren't clear about it. Both tokens can do all four options, the fact that they have different icons is a mistake in the printing process. - battle effect "brouillard de combat" (battle mist ? - the battle end at the end of the round). What happens if the defender use this card but has all his units eliminated by the end of the round ? Can the enemy army moves in the "captured" region or does the card prevent this ? Yes, the attacker can advance into the Region if the defenders are destroyed in the one round the battle lasts. - there is an event card in the Rohan scenario that allows Mordor armies to cross the river from the north to Rohan's plain. Can they move from any region of the north or must it be from an adjacent region to the river or are they allowed 2 moves ? The card allows the army to move from one Region in the North Marches adjacent to the river as if the river was a normal crossable border. [glow=green,2,300]Veldrin[/glow]

Small question about a grouped attack with 2 or 3 armies:
once we switch to another army, can we switch back to the first one later on or can we only switch once each army ? I'm asking because of the tactical tokens, we wondered how to keep the track of the used ones when switching back...
Thank you.

When you switch to a new army then you get back ALL of the action tokens. This is a 2nd advantage of Combined attacks (the first being that you have 2 armies to take casualties from and use abilities from). So you don't have to keep track of who used which tactcs.

I think you didn't understand my question. I know I recollect the tactic tokens...but what about if I switch BACK to the first army I already used ? Can I do that ?
1) I attack with army n°1 for 2 rounds, using tactic tokens. 2) I attack with army n°2 for 2 rounds, using tokens as well 3) May I attack with army n°1 again ? With say, 3 or 4 armies, how can I keep track of the used tokens ?

You may switch back and forth between the Armies as many times as you like, and each time you do you recover all the Tactics Tokens. There is no need to keep track of which ones you used previously.
While we're on the subject, I've created a set of Tactics Cards to replace the Tokens. They serve as a combination of Tactics Tokens and play aids. You can download them over at BoardgameGeek in the Battles of the Third Age section. Let me know what you think!

Wow! Thanks for the answer. That makes "grouped attack" a quite powefull tool...I didn't use in last game! But I won anyway... ;D ;D ;D
