This card (if I have the title reight) does for the SP what Mithril Coat and Sting does for the FP. My question is: Can both cards be used on the same Hunt tile draw?
Ex: FP moves the Fellowship in Mordor (with Gollum as guide). SP draws Hunt tile. FP doesn't like it and discards Mithril to force a second draw. If SP doesn't like the second tile, can he discard We Must Have It to force a third draw?
Thanks.

Yes, both card can be used, first one and then the other on the next tile drawn...
then throw in Galadriel's ability as well and you will have a real tile-drawing match filled with suspense.

Which side declares they are using their card first?

Whoever is the quickest but I don't think both players would ever want to change the same tile. Either it is benficial to the Shadow or the FP never both.
Could you give me an example of when both players would like to change the Tile.
