Wow! The board/map looks awesome! I can't wait to play....
Aside from the French, I assume this is the standard look?

I'll aska question that I also asked in the Comsimworld forum: what are the three boxes for on the top and bottom of the board? If the boxes at the top of the board store the Elven rings, what do the Elven rings do in the game? And does Sauron have some equivalent ability?

What do the Elven rings do in the game?
The Elven Rings allow the FP player to change an action die result into another reault (e.g. an Army result can become a Character restult)
Once the FP player has used an Elven Ring it is revealed to Sauron and the Shadow player gets it to use once in tha same way as the FP player did, converting one action die result into another.

wow. So essentially the FP can use each ring once - for a total of three dice adjustments. And then the shadow can use each one once as well. And then I assume they become out of reach?
Are there any other negative consequences associated with them? i.e. if the shadow gets all three rings?

Then I assume they become out of reach? Yes, once the Shadow player has used a ring it is discarded from the game.
Are there any other negative consequences associated with them? i.e. if the Shadow gets all three rings? Nope.
