I thought there was no way to draw multiple cards with a single Shadow action. I was wrong. With the Palantir of Orthanc in play, and the WK's power working on the first combat round, either The Black Captain Commands or Ringwraiths are Aboard! can draw two cards in a single action.

Also the "Grond, Hammer of the underworld" and "Fighting Uruk-Hai" will do the same job.
