Boromir can activate Gondor and advance it one space on the political track using any action die. Can he continue to advance Gondor using subsequent action dice? Is this true for similar abilities of other characters? Specifically, can they be used only once, or repeatedly?

Such abilities may be used repeatedly, each use requiring a separate action.

Vilya, Elrond's Elven Ring can be used to keep an Action die you just used (except a Will of the West). Does this mean:
a. A Will of the West cannot be kept, even if it was changed to another type die,
b. If it was changed, for example to a character die, it can be kept as a character die,
c. Something else?

If the Will of the West die was changed into another result, such as Character, it may be kept as such. It is only when a Will of the West is used as a Will of the West, such as to play Gandalf the White, that it cannot be kept.

Seagol's card says that if he is eliminated or discard in any way (except for being replaced by Gollum), the Event card "We Shall Get It" immediately enters play," but it does not say how. Is it:
a. Added to the SP hand, counting against the limit of 6 cards as implied by the Event and Character icons on the card, or
b. Played directly on the table, or
c. Something else?
