FFF first line says "You may immediately move any or all Companions on the map."
Does this mean a companion must ALREADY be separated from the FS in order to move via FFF, OR may FFF be used to separate a companion or group of companions from the FS?
The FS is two spaces from Bree, and I just want to use FFF to separate Gimli and move him to Bree. But before Gim can move via FFF, does he first have to be separated from the FS by some other means (thus wasting me one action...) ?
Thanks

As the card does not say anything about separating companions, obviously you have to spend an action to separate companions first. Cards that allow you to separate companions do say so on the card.
