When the Free sacrifices a trebuchet, roll a die. If the result is less than or equal to the number of Black Uruks, the sacrifice is in vain, and neither side gets siege superiority during this round of combat.
That is really risky for the Free...say 3 Black Uruks are leading a siege on Minas Tirith. Free sacs a trebuchet and rolls...50% they get superiority and shut down the siege for a moment OR 50% they have no impact and infact GIVE the SP superiority if they are able to continue the siege by downgrading an Elite...
How about - If both sides have equal numbers of siege engines in the siege and the SP army has at least one Black Uruk then the FP rolls a die. If this result is equal to or less than the number of Black Uruks in the Shadow Army then the FP may not sacrifice a trebechet this round.
