1. Can recruitment areas be moved back into? or retreated into? Gondor, Rohan? What about Minas Morgul? Rules state they cant be attacked, but what about the rest.
2. Rules state "when attacking out of a RA defending army must immediatly retreat. This cant possibly be true of the Black gate and Cross-roads, as that is a FP victory condition.

Getting a victory in this way isn't easy.

I agree for the recruitment areas in the Gondor scenario but what about the Rohan scenario? I would say that you can move, retreat, attack into the Dunledings and Morder recruitment areas.

You're right. Good catch! I missed the "Rohan" when I read the question. My original answer does apply only to the Gondor scenario.
