I'm not sure how the number of Tokens is determined in both games. 1) The total number of Tokens in the expansion is 9, right? 2) The special abilities of the Shadow in each game needs action dice in the Shadow box. Number of dice = number Leadership tokens? 3) The remaining action dice are rolled, each character result = one additional Token? 4) The Gondor game shows already 5 tokens in the Shadow box on the setup picture. That is a bit confusing. Does it mean that you have 5 Tokens in the 1st turn without putting dice in the box? Do you get these 5 Tokens every turn? 5) What happens if you run out of Tokens?

I'm not sure how the number of Tokens is determined in both games. 1) The total number of Tokens in the expansion is 9, right? Correct, this is in the FAQ. 2) The special abilities of the Shadow in each game needs action dice in the Shadow box. Number of dice = number Leadership tokens? Yes. And you also get one extra for the Character results you roll. 3) The remaining action dice are rolled, each character result = one additional Token? Yes. 4) The Gondor game shows already 5 tokens in the Shadow box on the setup picture. That is a bit confusing. Does it mean that you have 5 Tokens in the 1st turn without putting dice in the box? Do you get these 5 Tokens every turn? Those are the Darkness Tokens. 5) What happens if you run out of Tokens? You can only have 9 Leadership tokens on the board, but they are not discarded from the game after they are used. They can be used again in the next turn. If it is the Darkness Tokens you refer to the Gondor Rules say what happens if they are all gone. [glow=green,2,300]Veldrin[/glow]
