OK, NATs seems really interesting!
Three Q:s:
1) How do you play them? You play them exactly as if they were a Die? I e: After the FP has used a Die/NAT, the SP gets to use a Die. Then the FP may again use a Die/NAT. Am I correct?
2) What happens if FP has more Dice+NATs, then the SP has Dice? Do FP have to discard the extra NATs? Or can he save them for a later turn?
3) A related Q: Can the FP chose to save NATs for a later turn, rather than spend them??
Thank you !

1) NATs are used just like regular action dice except that they may only be used instead of passing. (ie once action dice are equal then NATs may not be used that turn). Once used they are "recovered" at the start of the next turn. The only way they are permanently removed are when the Nation in question has ALL of its settlements conquered at any point in the game.
2) The FP can only play the NATs instead of passing so this is resolved during the flow of play. There is no discarding or saving NATs. They are either used or not. If used, they come back next turn.
3) see answers 1 and 2.
