Gondor was in flames. Minas Tirith and Dol Amroth had fallen. A lone Gondor regular struck out from Lamedon and recaptured Pelargir, where they were reinforced by Cirdan's Ships. Southrons doubled back from Dol Amroth and gave the Last Alliance the boot. Still four regulars strong, they fled to Rohan to kindle the defense of Edoras.
Mmmm... multicultural.

How did the Elf Ships get to Anorien? Wouldn't that mean they had to row their boats upstream in the Anduin? I think the Elves should make an amphibious assault on mighty Umbar and then march north. Hopefully all the Southron/Easterlings would've left their territories undefended. Depending on the strength of the Free People, and I'm not sure how many troops can fit in Cirdan's Ships, they might could leave a few defensive troops in Umbar (so that it's not retaken), and march through West Harondor and South Ithilien, and if the luck of the Halflings are on their side, capture Minas Morgul. Then the Free People would have the four points needed for a Military Victory!
