Some combat cards say "reduce 1 (or 2) nazgul command to [do something]". My question is: if you have 6 or even more Nazgul in the region which the attack starts from and you use such a combat card, do you still roll 5 dice in the command roll?

No you don't. The leadership (as it is called) of the Nazgul is at most five, no matter how many Nazgul there are in battle and those cards reduce the leadership of the Nazgul and not the Nazgul themselves.

Actually you can.
If you have five Nazgûl and the Witck-King (a total of 7 Leadership) you can play a combat card that reduces your Leadership with two and still have five re-rolls.

Oh, didn't know that. But that does not depend on the with-king, right? If you have seven "ordinary" Nazguls present you still have 5 leader-rerolls after reducing two Nazgul leadership-"points".

Yes, this does not depend on the Witch-King, seven ordinary Nazgûl would work just as fine.
