Event card: Dreadful Spells
Play if a shadow army containing a Nazgul is adjacent to, or is in the same region as, a Free People's Army ...
FAQ has this card - but only clarifies besieged strongholds. My question:
What is the definition of 'adjacent' - can you use this card to hit a FP army that is adjacent on the board in that the 2 regions are next to each other, but seperated by an impassable black line (such as Helms Deep/Edoras)?
I think adjacent probably means yes, any region next to another (impassable terrain irrelevant), but wanted to check.
Thanks
Nigel

If I remember correctly, it is mentioned in the rules that adjacent means any two region with a common border which is NOT impassable.
