First Question: Shield-Wall claims that before you remove casualties, you can cancel one hit if your opponent scores 2 or more hits. Black Breath claims that if you score at least 1 hit on your Leader re-roll, you may eliminate one Free Peoples Leader. Can Shield-Wall allow the FP Player to choose to cancel the Leader-reroll hit that causes a FP Leader to be eliminated, or would the cancellation automatically be applied to one of the original 2 or more hits?
Second Question: If an Army is composed of 2 or more nations and it is attacked, would this cause both nations to adjust on the political track?

No, I would say 'Shield wall' may not be used for this purpose. I would say: Yes!

Cheup is right,
Shield-Wall only reduces the numnber of hits, it cannot cancel the Leader hit.
The answer to question number two is yes!
A nation moves one step on the Political track each time one of its armies are attacked. If the Shadow attacks an army composed of units from more than one FP nation all the FP nations attacked are Activated and/ moved one step towards "at War" on the Politicla track.
