Hi,
I understand that Gandalf can use his special power to negate the Nazgul's leadership, i.e. he gives up his leadership to remove the enemy's leadership.
However, a few combat cards allow the Shadow player to exchange their leadership points to have combat effects. Does Gandalf's power make these impossible to use too or does Gandalf's power just stop the Shadow player using the Nazgul leadership for re-rolls?
Thanks,
James.

Since Gandalf's special ability reads: The White RiderIf Gandalf the White is in a battle, before the battle begins you can declare that you are forfeiting his Leadership to negate the Leadership from all Nazgul, in this battle. The crucial part is indeead the text " negate the Leadership from all Nazgul". I interpret this that the Shadow player cannot exchange leadership, since Gandalf (the White) has negated this. If it were only to affect the leadership re-rolls, then the text would have been " negate the Leadership combat re-rolls from all Nazgul". Hopefully, Veldrin is be able to verify this

Gandalf the White's ability negates all Nazgûl Leadership which makes it impossile for the Shadow to give up Leadership in exchange for combat effects.

"Gandalf the White's ability negates all Nazgûl Leadership which makes it impossile for the Shadow to give up Leadership in exchange for combat effects." ...unless Isengard Elites are in the battle and Saruman is in play
