I believe the card is "mirror of Galadriel" though I could be mistaken.
The card allows the FP to reduce corruption by 1 (along with the other abilities of the card). The corruption reduction (that reminds me of that groovy after-school song conjunction junction) is dependent on the FSP being in Lorien.
Does this mean: 1) The fellowship must be declared in Lorien? 2) The last known position can be Lorien?
I presume the first, but there was some small amount of speculation for #2.

The Fellowship must be declared in Lorien, i.e. the Fellowship miniature is in Lorien and the Fellowship marker is on the "zero" step on the Fellowship track.

In a response to the question below on ConsimWorld, Francesco said: The card One for the Dark Lord says Play if the defending Army is in the same region as the Fellowship. Does that mean the Last Known Position of the Fellowship, or the Last Known Position and the Fellowship marker is still on 0? -"Whenever the position of the Fellowship is referred to, the meaning is "the region where the Fellowship counter is", independently of the position of the Fellowship on the track. (When the Fellowship entered Mordor, its position is always "in Mordor" and not in any specific region)."
So it would seem that the Fellowship marker location on the Fellowship track is not considered.

The way I play it: If the last time the Fellowship was declared (not revealed), and the last known position is Lorien ->Then in that case it is allowed to play the Mirror. The difference being, that I (and the rest of my group) don't look at the Fellowship marker at all.
