Having read the rules, I decided to make a little overview about armies.
--------------------------------------------
Army limit = 10 units (without Leaders/Characters)
* When two armies join and the limit is passed, then the execess units are put back into the reinforcement pool.
* Armies can split.
Leader:
* Adds re-roll
* Muster: 2 at different locations (OR 1 leader and 1 regular)
* Dies when a battle results in his army being wiped out (no regulars and/or elites left)
* No max. amount of leaders in an army (although max. re-roll = 5)
Elite:
* Can be demoted/hurt into a regular in order to continue a siege.
* When chosen as casualty: Demoted/hurt into a regular.
* Muster: 1
Regular:
* Muster: 2 at different locations (OR 1 regular and 1 leader)
* When chosen as casualty: Dead
Character:
* Automatically doubles as a leader when in a region with an (allied) army (see Leader description above).
* Can be alone, unlike a leader. Result: Can move faster and is no longer an army (thus cannot die).
* Move limit = Level OR higher level from another companion within the group (when moving WITHOUT an army).
* Can move into/through an enemy region.
--------------------------------------------
..and when I finally finished my overview: It also raised some questions: ->
Q1: When you decide to muster 1 regular and 1 leader, can that be in the same settlement?
Q1.Yes:If the answer is yes, then when you have 2 Muster Dice actions available:
You can muster 2 leaders at settlement-A and 2 regulars in settlement-A when using the "muster 1 regular and 1 leader"-action twice?
Q1.No: If the answer is no, then when you have 2 Muster Dice actions available:
You can muster 2 leaders at settlement-A and 2 regulars in settlement-B when using the "muster 1 regular and 1 leader"-action twice?
(In both cases circumventing the "cannot muster 2 leaders/regulars in one settlement"-rule??)
Q2: When you pass the army limit within a region, can you choose which units (from the moving army) go back to the reinforcement pool?
Q3: Last but not least, is my overview correct?
