Hi all This may be a silly question, I wanted to clarify the restrictions and timing of passing on action phase when one player has more action dice than the other.
The rules state "If a player has fewer unused action dice than his opponent, he can pass instead of taking and action, thus allowing the opponent to take another action."
Is there any restriction or rules for when the player with fewer dice passes.
If there are restrictions or rules how do they apply
EG fp player has two actions and it is his turn and the sp player has 4. if the fp decides not to pass on each turn then shadow gets 2 turns at the end of the action phase. would this be correct? Thanks All

There are no restrictions other than you must have fewer unsued dice than your opponent.
Yes, the Shadow player would get two additional actions after the Free Peoples player's actions are exhausted.
