1. You can not retreat accross a stream or ford unless there is a friendly army or settlement on the other side. BUT you can always retreat accross a PASS, into a fortress, even though a fortress is not a settlement. BUT an attacking army over the pass only hits on a six (like a ford) 1st round. correct? 2. You can never move twice pass an enemy army, BUT with an event card you can move beside an enemy army in west d**e into east d**e and immediately attack the hornburg, and if the hornburg is empty, then you can immediately occupy it, still retaining the full six protection. In effect move and attack becomes a legal "2 moves passed an enemy army". Am I missing something or is this totally legal?
