I want to show this game to my friends, two of them. In your opinion, is it better to give them Gondor and Elven side on FP or Rohan and others? Same stuff in SP side - Sauron Ally or Sauron? I belive it is better, on SP side to give him Sauron becase it is easier and Easterlings should take DEW line. If Saruman loses there is also a big problem (2 VP already). In FP side I am really not sure what is better option. What say you?

So you, and two noobs, so a 3-player game? I'd give yourself Isengard. Give the most hasty player the Free. Give the slower player Sauron.
Isengard is a good support role, you can often dig Mordor out of a hole through clever cardplay. If you give Isengard to a newbie, they WILL get Saruman killed almost immediately.

I couldn't agree any more. Giving Isengard to a noob would be suicide. But I was thinking about 4 players game, becase I have one brother. We are something like semi-pro (more than 20 games). I am having problems with FP. What to give to newbie?

My advice: Let the new guys play eachother alone, without the experienced players over-managing them.

Yes, but after that play we will play with them. I was thinking something like this: SP: My brother takes Isengard, Easterlings and Southorn, noob takes Sauron (this is OK) FP: not sure at all (is it better to give him Gondor and Elves or others?) I agree with you. The best option to introduce them in game is to let them play one against other.
