As the Master Documents are still not available, I have some questions about German versions of the card i.e. I ask you if the text is correct:
Eowyn, Lady of Rohan (Rohan Game Story Event Card) It says the Rohan player ("You") can remove the card with any die result and can also remove a Shadow Event Cad from the table at the same time. Is this correct, or should it say that the Isengard player can remove the card "Eowyn..." with any die result?
A lot of Event Cards and also rules in the rulebook "No living man am I" and on Character Cards have a text like "If the character is on the fate track [...] move him 2 steps ahead". They continue with a text that says what to do if the character is not on he fate track. But what happens if the character is on the fate track and already available? Moving him further down the fate track won't do any good.

The Rohan player may use any action die to discard Eowyn from the table and remove a Shadow card in play on the table. You'd be better off waiting to play the card after you bring the Character into the game, unless the card also has another beneficial effect.
